How it works?

We begin with a detailed consultation to understand: Travel dates, Destination preferences, Budget range, Travel style & Special occasions (if any). This helps us determine if we are the right fit for each other.
Once you decide to proceed: We share the planning retainer amount Payment details are provided (bank transfer / UPI / international transfer) An acknowledgement invoice is issued The retainer is 100% adjustable against your final trip invoice upon confirmation.
You may complete the payment via: Bank transfer UPI International wire transfer (for overseas clients) Once payment is received, we officially begin the design process.
After payment confirmation: We begin destination research, Curate luxury properties, Check live availability, Negotiate rates, Design experiences and logistics, Timeline: Initial proposal shared within 3 working days.
We present the custom itinerary, You share feedback & We refine and adjust until finalized
Once you approve: We share the final costing, The planning retainer is adjusted in the total billing, Booking deposit is collected, Reservations are confirmed.
